1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect and why
Community sign-up: name, email, WhatsApp, date of birth, country, state or province, city, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID, for those who live in Brazil), whether you are a patient or a health professional and, for professionals, specialty and professional council registration. We use this data to create your account, organize the community by profile and region, and invite you to content and events.
Contact: the website form builds the message in your own browser and opens your WhatsApp or your email. The website does not store what you write. We receive what you choose to send through these channels (name, message and your phone number or email address) and use it only to reply.
Browsing: technical data, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the website secure and working. Audience measurement tools are only activated with your consent, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
3. Health data
Stating that you are a lipedema patient is sensitive personal data. It is only processed with your specific consent, given at sign-up, and only to organize the community and offer content suited to your profile. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Sign-up data is sent directly to Klubs, the platform that runs the community and the app, and is not stored on the website's server. We also use hosting, DNS and email providers, which process data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal data.
Pix donations are processed by the financial institutions involved, and card donations by the Asaas payment platform. The website does not collect banking or card data.
5. How long we keep it
Community data is kept while your account is active. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and resolve the matter. After that, they are deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.
6. Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing and the withdrawal of consent. Just write to contato@lisfera.com. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
7. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the access keys to the community platform are kept only on the server. We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
8. Minors
The website and the community are not directed at people under 18. Minors should only sign up with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
